Q: How does this process work?
A: It's simple. You fill out a simple form giving us some basic info about your home. Our slick
system automatically sends that form to us via email. That email is then routed to an investor that buys homes
only in your area. They will contact you to discuss the property and your needs. If it looks like a win for both of you then
they will make you an offer. At that point, you can either accept or reject the offer. The worst that can happen
is that you take a bit of your time exploring the opportunity.
Q: How do you determine the price you're willing to pay?
A: It all depends on the home. We look at the condition of the property, estimated repairs the
home needs (if any) and the time we think it may take to rectify the situation. We also look at what you need and why you are
selling - we really can buy your house on the spot, but if you need time to pack or find a place to live, we would obviuosly
want to consider that.
Q: Is this a scam?
A: No. We could get in a lot of trouble if it was! We are investors that specialize in
non-traditional approaches to real estate. This is how we make our living - pay our mortgages, feed our
families, pay for gas to drive all over looking at houses, etc. If we were scammers we wouldn't be in
business long and that means we'd have nothing to eat and nowhere to live. Yikes. :)
Q: I have a realtor - is that a problem?
A: Normally, the numbers will not work for us if a realtor is involved. Our advice would be to go
ahead and fill out our home information form. Call your realtor and ask what happens if you find your own buyer -
will all commission be waived? You should be able to negotiate a waived or significantly reduced fee.
Q: Do you only buy houses? What about condos, townhouses...?
A: We buy houses, condominiums, townhouses, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, office buildings,
beach property, land, lots, apartment buildings and/or any structure that has a deeded lot with it.
Q: Do you buy mobile homes?
A: Deals on wheels! Yes, if it has deeded land attached.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: There is no fee whatsoever for our service. Unless you want to tip us...or send bones for the
dogs.
Q: If I fill out the form, am I obligated to anything?
A: There is no obligation whatsoever. The only time you would be obligated to anything is if you
enter into a contract with us. Then it becomes like any normal real estate transaction.
